Meet the Family
Dr. Peter DiPasquale graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2009, and has been practicing since then with his father in Amherstburg. He has also practiced in Windsor, LaSalle, Essex, Leamington, and Chatham, with fellow optometrists as well as ophthalmologists. Dr. DiPasquale is a massive Leafs fan who’s happy his team is finally good, and he loves to spend time on his balcony reading books about science, playing the guitar and drums, and learning new dishes to cook.
Dr. DePinto was born and raised in Northern Ontario. He earned undergraduate University degrees at both the University of Waterloo and University of Guelph. He then completed his Doctor of Optometry degree at Ferris State University in Michigan. He did an internship at The Vision Institute of Canada in Toronto, and joined the practice in 1995. Dr. DePinto is married and has two sons. He is an avid sports fan.
Dr. Lara DiPasquale completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the University of Windsor and worked as a trauma operating room nurse specializing in neurosurgical trauma surgery. After years of experience she decided to return to school and she completed her Doctor of Optometry degree on the Dean’s Honour List at the University of Waterloo in 2016. Dr. DiPasquale has volunteered with VOSH (Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) to help provide primary eye care to an under-served region in Mexico. When not at work, Dr. DiPasquale enjoys spending time with her husband, children, and pets.
